Country Coordinator - Ghana

Rhoda Kadoa Wedam is a Ghanaian social development practitioner, women’s economic empowerment advocate, and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in community-based development initiatives. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Song-Ba Empowerment Centre, a grassroots organization dedicated to improving the livelihoods of vulnerable women and girls through skills training, social enterprise development, financial inclusion, and gender-based violence prevention. Rhoda has led and implemented multi-year projects focused on shea butter processing, smock weaving, vocational training, VSLA formation, digital marketing, and reproductive health advocacy, reaching hundreds of women and girls across underserved communities. She is also the Lead Consultant of RKW Reusable Pad Consultant – Sustainable Menstrual Solutions, promoting affordable, eco-friendly menstrual health products and education. In 2023, she led the implementation of the Migrant Media Network-MMN in the Northern Region of Ghana and currently again working on the Migrant Media Action-MMA Project as the Country Coordinator for Ghana. With a strong passion for inclusive development and women-led enterprises, Rhoda combines practical community engagement with strategic project management to drive sustainable impact and economic independence for women and girls

Daniel Aluu has been engaged in a number of accounting assignments over ten years in Ghana at both public, private, and non-governmental organization sectors delivering skills and expertise in the domain. With his academic training in Accounting from lower levels of RSA stage III, through to High National Diploma in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce, Masters of Science in Business Administration and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), he is able to blend his academic and experience to address accounting challenges. He has specifically laid his hands on ledger analysis, receipt and payment analysis, budgeting, taxation as well as reconciliation of monthly bank statements of his previous employers. He has made significant contributions to the usage of accounting software like TALLY, QUICKBOOKS, SAGE and preparation of final and co-operate accounts as well.
