To support media professionals, media houses and communities with credible news about safe migration options, the media first need to understand the debates, concerns, and strategies around national and international migration.

Often lack of access to information on alternative, safe migration options leads to irregular migration.
Freedom of expression on migration experiences
It is also about news-making and news sharing sensitivity to cultural, social and communicative values of people.

Our History
Our #MMAct project has evolved from lessons and achievements of the Migrant Media Network (#MMN). In 2020, r0g_agency together with its partners in Ghana and The Gambia successfully completed the Migrant Media Network project, funded by the German Federal Foreign Office. #MMAct, implemented between October 2025 and March 2027, focuses on enhancing co-creation of credible migration news between the media and communities.
